Born and raised in Indiana, I am proud to give back to my community by providing strong, sound legal counsel to families in need. In my experience, I have seen how the process of going through a divorce or any legal issues involving finances, children and your feelings can be very difficult. I believe that anyone going through such situations should be served with the utmost respect, and deserves dedicated attention.

My Background

In my first job as a lawyer, I was a public defender and I loved it. I had the opportunity to explore interesting areas of law, represent people in need, and did public appellate work for the firm I worked for at the time. When an influx of family law cases came into the practice, I felt that I had finally found an area of law that resonated with me. I began to see how I could help families and divorcing parents navigate the challenges that arise with any family law matter. Further into my career, I began looking to connect with resources and people that could help me shape a more holistic approach to legal situations.

Life is a process, a journey— there will be bumps along the way, but at the end of the day, there are good things waiting too.

For over three decades, I have been using my legal expertise to help people across Indiana with their legal troubles. Driven by the opportunity to be part of the solution to their problems, I genuinely enjoy assisting families to get through hard times with focus and clarity so they can seamlessly transition to their new normal.

Beyond the Courtroom

Passionate about what I do, I have volunteered my services to various projects and civic organizations that could benefit from my knowledge and skill set. Some of these experiences include:

  • Domestic Violence & Shelter Counseling
  • Various projects with the Bar Association
  • Assisting local non-profits to secure their corporate and tax status

In addition to volunteering my time, I have also published works for numerous legal seminars and speaking events. Through these varied avenues, my work as a lawyer has been recognized much throughout my career. I’m proud of the work I have done so far and am committed to continuing providing strong, high-quality counsel for my clients.
